Food Handler Certification Course
Food Handler Certification Course provides food handlers with the knowledge of safe food handling practices to prevent food-borne illness.

ECG and Phlebotomy
The ECG/Phlebotomy workshop teaches student techniques of performing and practicing Electrocardiograms on various ECG machines including computerized and multi channel. Venipuncture techniques are taught using vacutainer tubes, butterfly needles and syringe methods.
Standard First Aid/CPR Level C - HCP
This course is designed to provide comprehensive first aid training on over 28 different first aid injury or illness situations, including CPR for adults, infants and children, automated external defibrillation (AED) and bag valve mask techniques for the health care provider.
This course is intended for office workers or professionals who would like to equip themselves with the basic skills to operate the personal computer and common office applications.
ESL (English as Second Language)
ESL Workshop are designed around general topics and themes, which focus on all four skills (i.e. listening, speaking, reading, and writing) and grammar.
RPN (Registered Practical Nurse) Review for Canadian Registration
This workshop enables nursing students and internationally educated nurses to pass the Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Examination (CPNRE). Enhance the knowledge and develop critical thinking on the specialized areas of nursing such as medical-surgical, commnunity, mental health, maternity, and pediatrics. Strengthen theoretical application on various psychological aspects of nursing and client centered care.
Medication Administrator for RPN
This course is a review of pharmacology and the current drug classification and drug actions related to disease processes as well as labaratory results. Students will learn the mathematical skills to calculate medication doses and practical part of administering medication. Having the knowledge and skills in the delivery of safe medication will enable students to critically appraise their self-confidence in the administration of safe medications to their clients.
IV Therapy and Phlebotomy
This course is designed to develop skills required to draw blood samples for laboratory testing, initiate I.V. therapy, and provide care for patients with intravenous access. The student will handle appropriate equipment for I.V. initiation and phlebotomy and be introduced to blood chemistry and haematology.
Nursing Procedure: Wound Care; Trach; CVAD; Catheterization; Ostomy
Nursing Procedure is a course that focuses on the following skills: Central Venous Access Device (CVAD) management, wound care, ostomy, catheterization. Students will able to understand the various nursing skills and their significance in clinical practice. Correctly identify and manage complications related to nurisng procedures and clinical conditions. Students can safely perform the following nurisng skill using proper techniques.
Physical assessment is taking an educated, systematic look at all aspects of an individual’s health status utilizing knowledge, skills and tools of health history and physical exam.
